Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
We are seeking a high-initiative, high-discernment individual to serve as the "connective tissue" between our leadership team and our growth objectives. You will work directly behind our primary "hunters" to capture opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure that no balls are dropped.
This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do every morning. We need someone who can see around corners, anticipate lead times, and proactively move projects forward. You will be responsible for managing executive rhythms, sales collateral preparation, and marketing outreach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Management
- The "Follow-Behind": Attend or review notes from sales meetings to immediately capture tasks, action items, and follow-ups.
- Collateral Preparation: Take the lead on "Stage 1" sales decks—leveraging templates to plug in client logos, dates, and basic outlines so the leadership team only has to handle the final high-level customization.
- Pipeline Integrity: Monitor the sales cycle to ensure we are sticking to our established meeting cadence and moving prospects through the funnel.
2. Marketing & Outreach (CXO Roundtables)
- Event Coordination: Serve as the project manager for CXO Roundtables, overseeing the logistics, planning, and execution.
- Social Proxy: Manage executive LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes to perform initial outreach, tee up relationships, and log conference leads.
- Content Support: Utilize AI tools to generate initial drafts for LinkedIn posts and marketing content based on leadership’s voice and insights.
3. Executive Operations & Leadership Support
- L10 Management: Act as the project manager for leadership (L10) meetings—tracking "To-Dos," managing task lists, and holding the team accountable to deadlines.
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage complex executive calendars with high discernment, prioritizing customer-facing activities and resolving overlaps before they become issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify "lead time" requirements for upcoming projects and ensure the team starts work early enough to meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Attributes
- High Discernment & Tenacity: You can look at a messy list of notes and intuitively understand what is a priority and what needs to happen next.
- Anticipatory Thinking: You naturally "see around corners" and solve problems before they reach the executive's desk.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable using AI content tools, CRM platforms, and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Native-Level Professional Communication: Ability to ghostwrite emails and LinkedIn messages that mirror the voice and professional tone of the leadership team.
- Process-Oriented: You find joy in taking a chaotic sales hunt and organizing it into a repeatable, tight cycle.

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)
- Up to $1800, depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
