Job overview: We are seeking a Senior Stock Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of Omada’s equity compensation programs, including RSUs, stock options, and other incentive plans. This role will ensure accurate recordkeeping, compliance with regulations, and timely execution of equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of equity plan administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.

About you: You are a detail-oriented equity administration professional with complete knowledge of your area of specialization. You work independently on problems of diverse scope, applying sophisticated analysis and evaluation of relevant factors. You are comfortable interacting with senior internal and external partners, explaining complex information clearly, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Your impact:

• Equity Plan Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of Omada’s equity programs, including grants, exercises, releases, and ESPP purchases.
• Recordkeeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate participant records in equity systems; ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare equity-related reports for Finance, HR, and Legal; support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements (ASC 718).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless integration of equity transactions with payroll and accounting processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to equity administration processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity awards, plan rules, and tax implications.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits related to equity compensation.
• Process Improvement: Act as a functional architect to design and implement automated workflows using Alteryx and advanced data tools, reducing manual intervention, scaling our operations, and enhancing controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in equity administration, preferably in a public company environment.
• Complete knowledge of equity compensation types (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) and related tax/regulatory requirements.
• Experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Equity Edge, Carta).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-experts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Points for:

• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation.
• Experience in a newly public or high-growth tech company.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating equity systems with HRIS and payroll platforms and building workflows with Alteryx.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $103,960 - $129,950*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $99,440 - $124,300*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
