We are seeking a motivated Recruiter on a 3-month contract to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to help us meet our hiring goals during this period.

·Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.

·Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews.

·Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

·Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

·Provide timely updates to the HR Generalist on recruitment progress.

·Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

·Proven experience in recruiting.

·Strong communication and organizational skills.

·Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
