About the Role
As the Facility Activation Operations Manager, you will lead the team responsible for supporting the activation and adoption of the Parachute Health platform with clinical end users as they navigate the Parachute Health platform. You aren’t just a manager; you are a builder. You will partner with Implementation, Strategy, and Product teams to identify opportunities, build the tools to execute them, and empower clinical users (MAs, PAs, RNs, MDs) to adopt digital workflows.
This is a high-impact role: you will catalyze Parachute’s growth by ensuring a best-in-class onboarding experience while capturing the "voice of the customer" to shape our future product strategy.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Direct Management: Lead and mentor a team of 6 - 7 Facility Growth Operations Associates.
- Full-Cycle Talent Management: Handle onboarding, training, performance management, and career development to ensure high employee engagement and retention.
- Scaling: Recruit and onboard new team members to scale the function as the company grows.
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Strategic Playbooks: Develop, test, and implement playbooks for activating facility users across various care settings.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel to track success, iterate on strategy, and build reporting systems for execution activity.
- Process Improvement: Partner with Marketing to develop value-driven materials and refine internal workflows to drive revenue and efficiency.
- Embrace Critical thinking skills with attention to detail and the ability to lead your team to think critically.
Clinician Engagement (Individual Contribution)
- Direct Outreach: Spend 20% of your day on outbound calls to clinical partners to drive platform adoption and usage.
- End-User Training: Lead "roll-up-your-sleeves" demos and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each facility.
- Feedback Loop: Synthesize user feedback to highlight product pros/cons and flag insights for the Product team.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations, with prior experience in People Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Tech Savvy: Professional experience with SaaS products and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). Experience with GSuite, Excel, and Tableau, is a major plus.
- Mindset: A proactive, "hungry" startup mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to translate complex strategy into prioritized, tactical actions.

Base Salary Bands (based on level and experience)
$90,000 - $105,000 + Commission
