This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices and studio in Dubaï.
French and English fluency are required.

🎯 As our Live Streaming Technician & Videographer, you will run seamless and engaging live streaming events and will deliver Efficient and Clean Product Video Editing.
Your technical skills and meticulous attention to detail will ensure every event runs smoothly, making you a cornerstone of our team and contributing to the success of all our projects.
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession of excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products but crafting experiences. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level.
To do so, here are your 4 responsibilities :
1 | RUN FLAWLESS LIVE STREAMING EVENTS
Prepare the Live Streaming Setup (cameras, sound, lightning, Zooms, Stream Deck etc.)
Run the Live Event (managing the sound, checking if the video stream is running smoothly, launching pre-recorded videos, creating Zoom Sub-Groups for students, giving the Mic to selected students etc.)
Be the technical voice and support for the Trainer and the Students when they’re facing difficulties with the Live.
2 | ENSURE A SMOOTH & STREAMLINED TRANSITION FROM PRODUCTION TO POST-PRODUCTION
Copy, upload & organize rushes post-events with rigor and great attention to detail.
Ensure the safety and archiving of a large volume of media for our multi-camera shoots.
Synchronize each project after backup to ensure smooth workflow for the editing team.
Deliver replays of the events to our students in a timely manner.
Understand that mistakes can happen, and to prevent them from being repeated, you continuously document your processes, while actively seeking solutions to encountered errors.
3 | DELIVER EFFICIENT & CLEAN PRODUCT VIDEO EDITING
Because Live Streaming Events represents about 40% of a full-time job, you’ll be able to focus the rest of your time on video editing for our Product Department
Edit Online Training content for our students in a streamlined manner.
Upload the Videos on our LMS
Manage the back-up and organization of our video library
4 | KEEP THE STUDIO RUNNING SMOOTHLY
Manage the studio’s equipment, making sure that everything is there, at the right place, to operate when needed (batteries, optics etc.)
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative ideas and solutions that can make a difference.

You have already worked as Video Editor, Videographer, Audiovisual Technician &/or Live streaming Technician (internships or top notch school project counts as "work experience" 😉)
You are comfortable with video editing, and you get great satisfaction from getting the most out of a shooting.
You have some knowledge of software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder.
Drive & Problem Solver: You are ambitious, work hard because you love it, take ownership and get things done.
Analytical Mind: You can question yourself, identify and formulate issues quickly, and always try to support your analysis with data.
Growth over Ego: You are eager to learn and receive difficult feedback to progress. You let others express themselves and seek to understand their points of view.

Strong desire to create the Wow effect.
French: native or bilingual.
English: fluent. You can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English. Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.
Available to run the live events on evenings or weekends (about 2 WE per month + 1 or 2 evenings per month, you have rest time before or after the events to compensate)
You are living in Dubai or willing to relocate there.
Passion for audiovisual techniques.
Passionate about self development &/or coaching.

Strong organization skills that are reflected in your daily work.
