Job Description / 業務について
PayPay Securities, as an important part of PayPay’s financial ecosystem, has launched “Point Management” with over 20 million users and “PayPay Asset Management, the first initiative in Japan that enables asset management on a payment application. Now that the business foundation of the financial ecosystem is finally in place, we intend to expand our business to change the structure of asset management in Japan, with the main target being those who have not yet started asset management or were not interested in it before.
To achieve our goal, PayPay Securities is preparing to bring in technical talents not only from Japan but also globally, just as we have done with PayPay’s product division. As an iOS Engineer, you will be collaborating with engineers, designers and QAs, and working in an environment where you can be one of the founding members to build up a new organization within PayPay Securities.

Responsibilities / 主な担当業務:
- PayPay Securities Native App Development and Operations (Objective-C, Swift)
- Work closely with product managers and product designers to customize the asset management and investment experience
- Prototype development of new features and renewal designs
- Technical tasks including unit test improvements and architecture improvements, etc.
- PayPay証券ネイティブアプリの開発と運用（Objective-C, Swift）
- プロダクトマネージャーやプロダクトデザイナーと密接に連携し、資産運用・投資体験をカスタマイズする
- 新機能開発やリニューアルデザインのプロトタイプ開発
- ユニットテストの改善やアーキテクチャ改善を含む技術タスクなど
Qualifications / 必要なスキル・経験 :
- 3~5 years of in-house iOS application development experience
- Object-oriented design and experience developing in Objective-C or Swift
- Knowledge of modern mobile app development methodologies and iOS frameworks
- Experience with Rest API integration
- Ability to work with a strong sense of ownership
- Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)
- 3~5年の自社iOSアプリ開発の実務経験
- オブジェクト指向設計とObjectice-CまたはSwiftでの開発経験
- モダンなモバイルアプリ開発手法、iOSフレームワークに対する知識を保有している
- Rest APIの統合経験
- 強いオーナーシップを持ち業務遂行できること
- 日本語（日本語が母国語、もしくは、日本語能力試験N1同等レベル）
- 英語に苦手意識がないこと（業務において必要であれば通訳を介します）
Preferred Qualifications / あると望ましいスキル・経験:
- Experience developing securities and finance related applications
- Experience developing functionality while implementing unit tests (TDD)
- Experience with agile development
- Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g Bitrise)
- Experience in in-house service operation
- English (business conversational level)
- 証券・金融関連のアプリ開発経験
- ユニットテストを実装しながら機能開発を行った経験（TDD）
- アジャイル開発の経験
- CI/CDツール（Bitrise等）の使用経験
- インハウスでの自社サービス運用経験
- 英語（ビジネスレベルでの会話が可能なレベル）

- Hybrid Workstyle (flexible working style including Remote and office) ※There are no fixed rules regarding office attendance in Product group; it depends on each individual's discretion.
Work Hours
- Super Flex Time (No Core Time)
- In principle, 9:00am-5:45pm + 1h break (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)
Holidays
- Every Sat/Sun/National holidays (In Japan)
- Summer break (2 days / generally taken between July 1st and September 30th / subject to change depending on month of employment)
- Year-end and New Year holidays (12/31-1/3)
Paid leave
- Annual paid leave (1 to 10 days depending on the month of joining will be granted upon employment date)

- Annual salary paid in 12 installments (monthly)
