Travel: 10–15% (primarily to US, typically max 0-1x per quarter)

Position Summary
The General Manager of Bitcoin Mining is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the company’s mining operations, strategy, financial performance, partnerships, technology, compliance, and execution. This leader ensures the mining unit meets revenue and uptime targets, aligns with the broader company mission, and leverages mining as both a business engine and an impact driver.
The General Manager is accountable for results, cross-functional leadership, operational excellence, and transforming mining into a scalable and profitable business unit.
