Your Influential Mission: You Will…
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, including employment contracts, employee records, immigration-related processes, onboarding activities, and probation administration across the UK and Gibraltar.
- Partner with managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, absence management, performance concerns, workplace conflict resolution, and the timely escalation of complex or high-risk cases.
- Support performance and talent management by guiding managers on objectives, development plans, probation reviews, and employee development, while preparing documentation and supporting materials for investigations, disciplinaries, restructures, and other people-related activities.
- Support P&C operations and compliance by contributing to audits, maintaining employee data, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, UK GDPR, and company policies, and promoting the consistent application of People & Culture practices across the business.
- Drive employee engagement and culture by supporting wellbeing, DEIB initiatives, awareness campaigns, employee engagement activities, and cultural events across the UK and Gibraltar.
- Partner with the Senior People & Culture Director to deliver strategic people initiatives and projects, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and support the successful delivery of People & Culture objectives.

- Have experience in a People & Culture or HR Generalist role.
- Have proven experience managing employee relations matters from initial advice through to resolution.
- Possess sound knowledge of UK employment law and People & Culture best practices.
- Have experience supporting performance management, employee development, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Have experience working with HRIS systems, people technologies, and Microsoft Office tools.
