About the Role:
The Strategy & Operations Senior Associate/Lead will report to the Head of Operations and help drive some of the company’s highest-impact initiatives. You’ll take projects from idea to execution, combining structured thinking with hands-on work. This role works across strategy, operations, and execution to help the company scale quickly and efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing:
Support strategic planning through analysis, research, and scenario evaluation high-impact, and execution on high-impact company initiatives
Own day-to-day operations across finance, people ops, and tooling — including procurement, vendors, renewals, and reporting
Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, support enterprise readiness efforts (audits, internal controls)
Build and maintain budgets, dashboards, and key operational metrics
Use metrics and financial modeling to guide decisions, prioritize work, and maintain clear performance dashboards
Document processes, playbooks, and learnings so improvements stick as the company grows
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in strategic operations at a high-growth startup (Series A - Series D), investment banking, or management consulting
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience owning and managing multiple projects in fast-moving environments while balancing speed and quality
Clear communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
