Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models in a BAU context, while supporting business evolution and transformation initiatives.
- Run / BAU: Ensure stability, availability and performance of Anaplan models, Manage incidents, defects and users requests, Ensure data accuracy and calculation reliability, maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Delivery / Enhancements: Gather and challenge business requirements, write users stories and functional specifications.
- Design solutions in Anaplan (modeling, UX, data flows).
- Build or oversee developments, support test phases (UAT) and deployment.
- Governance & Coordination: Prioritize backlog with stakeholders, lead key ceremonies (reviews, committees, etc.), coordinate across teams(Business, IT, partners).
- Ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices (performance, design standards).
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience with Anaplan or similar EPM solutions, Experience in both BAU and projects environments, Hybrid functional + technical background preferred
- Strong expertise in Anaplan modeling (certification is a plus)
- Solid understanding of FP&A / Finance / Planning processes
- Experience with data integration (ETL, APIs, etc.)
- Knowledge of modeling best practices (e.g. DISCO, performance optimization)
- Ability to challenge business stakeholders
- Structured and solution oriented mindset
- Clear communication (bridging business and technical teams)
- Strong autonomy and prioritization skills.
