Implementation Specialist

Position Overview:

The Implementation Specialist is a key position to support Raptor Technologies’ continued growth and expanding our market leading position by ensuring a successful implementation for our clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meets with clients following the sale to align on goals, priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.

• Creates a project plan outlining the roles and responsibilities needed to meet customer goals.

• Ensures the completion of key milestones to achieve customer goals.

• Communicating with clients throughout the implementation process.

• Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.

• Demonstrates well-rounded knowledge of Raptor products and training approaches.

• Manages complex implementations with small-market customers.

• Adheres to departmental process and procedure and maintains systems of record.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business related or technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical implementation role in a SaaS organization.
• Organized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competing projects.
• Emotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtful communicator possessing exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Strong communicator, personable and collaborative.
• Demonstrate maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environments.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Objective and goal-oriented professional who is used to achieving targets.
• Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews and change management with clients.
• Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools.
• Proven ability to learn and a strong desire to learn.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users.
• The ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license to meet job-related travel and transportation needs.
