Position Summary: End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery • Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
• Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
• Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution.
• Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
• Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
• Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project
• Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely update on progress of project.
• Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reportals, quota reports, field reports…etc.
• Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolution, escalating as appropriate.
• Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting.
• Validation and preparing of data deliveries
• Meet client’s timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects
• Build and maintain successful client relationships.
• Work in accordance with the SOP's of company.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Bachelors’ degree and/or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: • Must have 2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience • Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus. • Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Masters’/Bachelors’ degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: • Must have 4+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience
• Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus.
• Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
