Role Overview
The Paid Media Buyer will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and some exposure to Google Ads. This role is responsible for monitoring performance, managing budgets, conducting A/B testing, and making data-informed decisions to improve key performance metrics while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms as needed.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, improve performance, and maximize return on investment.
Develop and execute A/B tests to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Track and manage ad spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget while delivering high-impact results.
Provide regular performance reports, including insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Communicate campaign strategies, results, and optimizations clearly with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media efforts into overall marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with strong exposure to Meta Ads.
Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns using performance data and analytics.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for improving results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfort managing ad spend and making recommendations to improve efficiency and impact.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
