Role Overview
The SEO Marketing Specialist will execute day-to-day SEO campaigns, tasks, and optimizations across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on maximizing organic search visibility, rankings, and conversions while collaborating closely with internal teams and communicating clearly with clients. The position requires strong hands-on SEO execution skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute SEO strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve organic search visibility and performance.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content improvements.
Conduct ongoing keyword research to support organic search campaigns and website optimization.
Implement broader digital marketing strategies alongside SEO initiatives to drive traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Build and execute SEO tasks and campaigns based on defined strategies and client needs.
Analyze SEO performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain project status updates, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Communicate SEO updates, tasks, and strategies clearly to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with PPC, Web Development, and Social Media teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing programs.
Serve as a day-to-day contact for internal account teams and participate in client and partner agency calls and meetings.
Conduct site audits, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable SEO recommendations.
Prepare and present SEO reports, analyzing key metrics and performance results.
Review and optimize websites to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in SEO with hands-on expertise in on-page and off-page optimization.
Experience managing SEO campaigns, keyword research, and website analysis.
Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.
Knowledge of local SEO, content marketing, and Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
