Role Overview
The Social Media Content Producer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging social media content across multiple platforms. This role focuses on managing content calendars, creating visually compelling assets, collaborating on campaign execution, and tracking performance to optimize content strategies for client success continuously.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visually compelling social media content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Twitter (X).
Create graphics, videos, and multimedia assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely, consistent, and on-brand content delivery.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams and clients to conceptualize and execute content strategies.
Ensure content aligns with audience engagement goals and brand aesthetics.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and creative approaches.
Track content performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to optimize content and refine strategies for improved results.
Report regularly on content performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Participate in client-facing interactions, presenting content ideas, progress, and results in virtual meetings.
Work autonomously while managing multiple projects to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on social media content creation and campaign execution.
Demonstrated experience creating engaging content and executing content strategies across platforms.
Experience across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Experience with paid display on Meta is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in design and multimedia tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with Figma is a nice-to-have.
Strong visual storytelling abilities with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and audience engagement.
Experience analyzing content performance and optimizing based on data insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing environments.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
