Our client is a growing company seeking a proactive and versatile professional to support both its social media presence and day-to-day business operations. Working in a small, fast-moving environment, the team values individuals who take ownership, identify what needs to be done, and comfortably contribute across marketing, administrative, and operational priorities.
As a Social Media & Operations Coordinator, you will manage social media execution across multiple client accounts while providing administrative and operational support to the founders.
This is a hybrid, hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will create and publish social content, maintain content calendars, monitor performance, support email marketing, and identify opportunities for audience growth. When social media priorities are lighter, you will help manage emails, calendars, internal files, client coordination, and other day-to-day operational needs.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, organized, creative, and resourceful. You should be comfortable working independently, shifting between priorities, and identifying ways to contribute without requiring constant direction.

Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple client accounts.
Develop and maintain organized content calendars and publishing schedules.
Create, adapt, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Write captions and social media copy that align with each client's brand voice.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement when required.
Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and overall content performance.
Analyze high-performing content and apply insights to future execution.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve account growth and engagement.
Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and social media best practices.
Create social media graphics and basic visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
Adapt existing photography, designs, and brand assets into platform-ready social content.
Develop creative concepts and content ideas based on client objectives.
Maintain polished and consistent visual identities across social channels.
Ensure content reflects the appropriate tone, aesthetic, and brand positioning.
Support content creation for premium, lifestyle, and visually driven brands.
Support the creation, scheduling, and management of email marketing campaigns.
Assist with email copy, formatting, scheduling, and basic performance monitoring.
Maintain organized email marketing workflows and content.
Apply insights from email performance to improve future campaigns where appropriate.
Monitor and organize incoming emails and flag or respond to items as appropriate.
Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars.
Send meeting invitations, links, reminders, and follow-ups.
Organize and maintain Google Drive and other internal files and systems.
Support the founders with general administrative and operational responsibilities.
Maintain organized workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
Assist with client coordination and basic backend support.
Step into miscellaneous business tasks as priorities change.
Proactively identify administrative or operational tasks that can be completed or improved without waiting for instructions.
Provide day-to-day support to the founders as priorities arise.
Coordinate client communication and follow-ups when needed.
Ensure important requests, tasks, and deadlines do not fall through the cracks.
Provide additional coverage when a founder is unavailable or requires support.
Maintain responsiveness and organization while balancing multiple priorities.
3+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
Experience managing social media for brands, agencies, startups, or multiple client accounts.
Experience creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content.
Experience with email marketing is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in virtual assistance, administration, operations, marketing coordination, or executive support is a strong plus.
Experience working within a small, founder-led, or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including platform-specific content formats, audience behaviors, and publishing best practices.
Has strong copywriting skills and can adapt messaging and captions to different client voices and brand identities.
Can create and adapt basic visual and short-form content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
Is comfortable using social media scheduling and analytics tools to manage publishing workflows and evaluate content performance.
Has familiarity with email marketing platforms and can support campaign creation, scheduling, organization, and basic performance monitoring.
Is proficient with Slack, Google Workspace, Google Drive, and calendar or scheduling platforms for day-to-day collaboration and operations.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills while balancing social media, client, administrative, and operational priorities.
Has strong attention to detail and can quickly learn new systems, platforms, and technology as business needs evolve.
Highly proactive and able to recognize what needs to be done without waiting for instructions.
Entrepreneurial and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
