This highly visible role is responsible for translating a premium brand voice into a repeatable content engine, balancing storytelling, education, and conversion-driven content while operating within a HIPAA-sensitive, regulated environment. The role requires close collaboration with leadership on positioning and priorities, combined with independent planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of content across platforms.

Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonal demand, and business priorities.
Partner with leadership to ensure content reflects premium positioning and resonates with the intended patient audience.
Create high-quality social content, including carousels, reels, and short-form video edits optimized for platform performance.
Write compelling, on-brand captions that balance clarity, confidence, and a premium tone without sounding overly sales-driven.
Ensure consistent visual direction and brand cohesion across all content, including color palettes, layout consistency, typography, and formatting.
Manage scheduling and publishing while maintaining a consistent cadence and strong attention to detail.
Monitor comments and engagement to maintain a professional and trustworthy brand presence.
Respond to general inquiries appropriately while ensuring strict compliance with privacy standards.

Analyze what is working and why, translating insights into actionable improvements in creative direction, hooks, cadence, and formats.
Run lightweight content experiments and clearly report learnings and outcomes.
Maintain strong judgment and strict adherence to privacy standards across all published content and inbound interactions.
Work comfortably within a regulated, HIPAA-sensitive environment with clear boundaries around patient information.
Follow internal compliance processes and participate in required documentation where applicable.
Qualifications
3–4 years of hands-on social media experience with ownership over both strategy and execution.
Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, healthcare, or other regulated industries strongly preferred.
Proven track record of building a consistent, brand-aligned social presence, supported by portfolio examples.
Strong understanding of platform strategy across Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to adapt to additional channels as needed.
Ability to create polished carousels and reels with a strong eye for premium aesthetics and cohesive branding.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
Strong content intuition, including hooks, storytelling, pacing, and authority-building without gimmicks.
Comfort interpreting performance metrics and turning insights into practical next steps.
Strategic yet execution-oriented mindset with close attention to detail and brand sensitivity.
Professional judgment and maturity required for HIPAA-sensitive environments.
Proactive, coachable, and comfortable collaborating closely with leadership while owning day-to-day execution independently.
Strong storytelling instincts that communicate trust, care, and authority through content.
