About the Role
We are hiring a Corporate Event Planner to design and execute unforgettable, executive-level experiences for Scaling.com and our clients. This role owns the end-to-end planning and execution of all company and client-facing events—from intimate leadership retreats to large-scale summits.
You will be responsible for delivering once-in-a-lifetime experiences that feel thoughtful, elevated, and seamless—events that reflect the quality of our brand and leave attendees feeling inspired, supported, and deeply connected to Scaling.com.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks creatively, executes flawlessly, and obsesses over guest experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define event objectives, themes, and success metrics
- Translate business goals into elevated event concepts and experiences
- Source, evaluate, and secure venues, catering, A/V, décor, transportation, and entertainment
- Manage timelines, logistics, and on-site execution
- Build and manage event budgets and negotiation of vendor contracts
- Oversee on-site execution and troubleshoot in real time
- Conduct post-event reviews and apply insights to future events
- Own the full event lifecycle: concept, planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Design immersive, premium experiences for executive-level clients and internal teams
- Develop event themes, run-of-show agendas, and attendee journeys that align with Scaling.com’s mission and brand
- Ensure every event delivers meaningful connection, insight, and impact
Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage all logistics including venues, travel, accommodations, catering, AV, decor, entertainment, and on-site operations
- Build detailed timelines, budgets, and project plans for each event
- Lead on-site execution and problem-solve in real time to ensure flawless delivery
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
Vendor & Partner Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and event partners
- Ensure contracts, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Maintain a trusted vendor network for future events
Client & Leadership Experience
- Partner closely with leadership to understand goals for each event
- Create white-glove experiences for Scaling.com executives and clients
- Anticipate needs, personalize details, and elevate every touchpoint
Budget & Operations
- Own event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and provide post-event financial reporting
- Create SOPs and repeatable systems for scalable event execution
