About the Role
We’re looking for a Global Senior Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting across multiple roles, functions, and regions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time engaging candidates through video and phone interviews, building pipelines, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (IT industry) across global markets.
- Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5-6 hours/day).
- Evaluate candidates across both core/established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation.
- Actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience in every interaction.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (near-native).
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical and high-volume global recruitment.
- Proven success in recruiting across engineering, product, and technical operations roles.
- Experience hiring for both classical and emerging technologies.
- Track record in startup and enterprise environments.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and tech communities.
- Autonomous, outcome-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-moving settings.
Nice to Have
- Technical background (education or work experience).
- Exposure to remote-first or globally distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
