- Identify and Develop Key Accounts: Focus on pursuing large, high-value accounts while building a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Design and execute sales strategies that align with our strategic business goals, ensuring maximum territory coverage
- Relationship Cultivation: Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and private corporations
- Brand Promotion: Actively participate in lead-generation activities such as trade shows, community education events, networking functions, and marketing campaigns
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide detailed sales reports and feedback to management
- Sales Administration: Utilize CRM tools for reporting, managing email correspondence, and analyzing territory performance
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Sales Rep with a strong track record in business development, especially within a health service-oriented environment
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in health care services or a related field is highly preferred
- Educational Background: A degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent professional experience
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Hunter Mentality: Self-starter with the ability to initiate cold calls and build relationships from the ground up
- Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to network and build lasting relationships
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit, supporting fellow team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
