We are looking for a Product Designer with strong product sense and a hands-on approach, who loves to dig into products, understand user needs, and craft solutions for complex B2B and analytical workflows.
Design end-to-end product experiences for eco-system of products.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and translate requirements into intuitive, effective design solutions.
Work on analytical dashboards - understand metrics, visualize complex data, and create flows that help users make sense of information quickly.
Own small features independently, including ideation, prototyping, and handoff to engineers.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product adoption.
Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Balance product vision and data - use analytics to inform design decisions and iterate based on user feedback and usage metrics.
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS or analytical products.
Strong product sense - able to understand product goals, business context, and user needs.
Hands-on experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or data-heavy interfaces.
Comfortable working on small features end-to-end, from concept to release.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.).
Able to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
Curious and analytical - enjoys digging into data, testing assumptions, and iterating on solutions.
Understands UX patterns for web and mobile products, and has a keen eye for visual design.
