Spotify is evolving how our Premium portfolio comes to life, shaping the way we package features and content into meaningful propositions for listeners around the world.

We are now hiring for a Director, Head of Consumer Propositions, that will partner with cross-functional teams to design the propositions that underpins Spotify’s next chapter of growth: how we bundle content, differentiate experiences, and create locally relevant yet globally consistent offerings.

You’ll translate insight, innovation, and business strategy into tangible propositions and premium product experiences for consumers.

Requirements

You have 8+ years of experience in packaging strategy, product marketing, or pricing roles — ideally in tech, media, or consumer subscription businesses.
You’re passionate about how product design, storytelling, and market insight intersect to create meaningful user experiences.
You have worked with monetization of new innovation, developing a deep understanding of consumer demand and willingness-to-pay.
You have a strategic mindset and are confident in driving commercial strategy that drive both growth and profitability.
You’re experienced in working across multiple regions and cultures, balancing global frameworks with local nuance.
You thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and know how to influence without authority.
