Spreetail is looking for an Associate Inventory Operations Analyst who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and delivering dependable results. - Follow established processes and SOPs consistently, ensuring repeatable, error-free results while focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence.
- Communicate effectively across teams by sharing progress and blockers proactively, escalating concerns when needed, and seeking clarification to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Provide excellent service to cross-functional partners through responsiveness, professionalism, and an understanding of how individual tasks impact the broader workflow and customer experience.
- Build expertise as a steady executor by developing proficiency in systems and workflows, strengthening decision-making, and continuously improving reliability, speed, and quality of execution.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or relevant work experience
- Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Problem Solving & Analytical Skills; Strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
- Comfort with ambiguity (ability to operate in processes that are still being defined).
- Flexibility to handle high growth, constantly changing business environments.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
