Impact You Will Make in the Role:

• Coordinate the execution of global marketing campaigns from planning through launch. 

• Partner with Sales Enablement to support campaign rollouts, sales plays, training sessions, and field communications. 

• Support partner enablement efforts by coordinating communications, materials, and campaign participation. 

• Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Sales Kickoff, including project coordination, stakeholder coordination, communications, and readiness activities. 

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives. 

• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, proactively driving follow-up and accountability. 

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, sales enablement, events, or a related field. 

• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. 

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. 

• Experience managing timelines, driving accountability, and ensuring projects stay on track. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting B2B SaaS marketing, sales enablement, or partner programs. 

• Experience coordinating corporate events or Sales Kickoff programs. 

• Familiarity with project management tools, and marketing technologies. 

• Experience working with global teams and distributed stakeholders.
