The Role

We are seeking a Technical resource to execute on our partnership pipeline for AI builders and developer tools. In this role, you’ll work closely with our growth, success, and marketing teams to assess and execute partnership opportunities with AI builders and developer tooling organizations.

What You Will Do

• Engage Builders: Proactively engage with builders and platforms using Supabase—especially within modern “vibe coding” environments.

• Execute Pipeline: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales) to help execute a pipeline of partnership opportunities.

• Partner Management: Manage partners that are onboarded, providing co-marketing support to help partners increase adoption.

• Trend Monitoring: Monitor trends across AI-assisted development, open-source infrastructure, and developer workflows to identify new ecosystem opportunities.

• Ecosystem Growth: Help grow Supabase’s presence within next-generation coding platforms by building relationships with founders, developers, and platform teams.

Who You Are

• Experience: Recent graduate within a technical field, or 2–5 years of professional work experience (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Engineering/Architecture).

• Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integration.

• Strategic Thinking: Experience with market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development, ideally within the open-source space.

• Analytical Mindset: Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends and assess business opportunities.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly.

• Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase in conjunction with AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc.).

• Familiarity with open-source communities or developer GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.

• Internship or early experience in AI startups and/or developer tooling companies.

• Exposure to AI/LLM-powered developer tools and workflows.

Hiring Process

We keep things simple, async-friendly, and respectful of your time:

3. Interviews – Up to four calls with:

   • Team Leads

   • Future teammates

   • Someone cross-functional from product, growth, or engineering (depending on the role)

   • Someone from our leadership/founding team

4. Decision – We may follow up with a final question or go straight to offer.
