We are seeking a People Manager of Sales to lead our North American Commercial Sales team. You will work closely with other functional leaders to drive day to day direction and allocate resources while developing our client footprint throughout the North American region. Reporting to the VP, North America, you are hands on when needed to propel your team to close. Your strong leadership, people, and problem solving skills enable you to lead your team to success.

Here’s what you'll do

• Grow and develop a world-class Commercial team by identifying, training, and implementing best practices that improve the team’s performance while maintaining culture and values
• Drive accountability for forecasting, pipeline, performance, enablement and attainment across your team
• Align and report on key metrics driving the revenue organization from new logo acquisition to revenue retention, pipeline build & conversion
• Support continued refinement of the revenue and marketing organization’s defined playbooks, selling programs and initiatives
• Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments; and teams to develop and execute successful strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations
• Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization
• Support and occasionally lead complex deal negotiations with your team
• Support company diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse workplace to mirror our global customers and communities
• Support onboarding, enablement and employee growth strategies

Here’s what you’ll need

• 5+ years leadership management experience
• 3+ years sales leadership experience
• Previous experience in startup/scale-up environment
• Experience in the SaaS industry
• Experience developing and retaining high-performing sales teams
• Strategic and visionary skill set
• Experience supporting complex deal and contract negotiations

$160,000 - $220,000

The range listed represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings for this role based on national salary averages. Salary offered to a successful candidate is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, role related education and skills. The compensation package for this position may also include equity and benefits.
