About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to support We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, owning the planning, scoping, deployment, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, landing pages, email, SEO, and marketplaces.
You’ll be responsible for building and optimising high-converting landing pages, supporting full-funnel campaign execution, and using performance data to continuously improve results. This role is ideal for someone who understands how traffic, messaging, UX, and measurement work together to drive leads and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, scope, and deploy digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, email, landing pages, and eCommerce platforms
- Support lead generation initiatives by aligning ads, landing pages, email flows, and content to campaign goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Execute campaigns across regions, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand presentation
Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation
- Build, optimise, and maintain landing pages focused on lead capture and conversion
- Write and refine conversion-focused copy for landing pages, CTAs, ads, and email campaigns
- Apply CRO best practices including layout optimisation, messaging hierarchy, and A/B testing where applicable
Lead Generation & Funnel Support
- Support full-funnel performance from acquisition to conversion
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (EDMs, lead nurturing, promotional sends) using platforms such as MailerLite or Omnisend
- Optimise product and campaign content to support both lead generation and sales outcomes
SEO & Content Optimisation
- Write SEO-optimised product descriptions, landing page copy, and campaign content
- Research keywords and apply on-page SEO best practices to improve organic visibility
- Use SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or AI-assisted tools) to identify optimisation opportunities
- Leverage AI tools to scale SEO output, content optimisation, and keyword clustering where applicable
eCommerce & Marketplace Support
- Assist in creating and optimising Amazon and eBay listings, including titles, bullet points, keywords, and imagery
- Maintain and optimise Shopify product pages, homepage content, and collection structures
- Ensure marketplace and website content aligns with campaign goals and conversion strategies
Measurement & Optimisation
- Track and report on key campaign metrics across paid media, email, landing pages, and marketplaces
- Monitor performance against defined KPIs (leads, conversion rate, CTR, engagement, etc.)
- Use insights and data to recommend and implement continuous improvements
Creative & Asset Development
- Create or edit visual assets (landing page banners, ad creatives, social tiles, product imagery) using Canva or Figma
- Assist in developing content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and paid media campaigns
- Maintain internal marketing assets, brand decks, and campaign documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance-focused roles
- Strong experience in lead generation, landing page optimisation, and campaign execution
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy across ads, landing pages, and email
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, SEO best practices, and digital campaign tools
- Comfortable using SEO and analytics tools to guide optimisation and decision-making
- Bonus points for experience using AI tools for SEO, content optimisation, or performance analysis
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and lightweight video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple campaigns at once
