What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to architect and scale our hiring strategy as we continue rapid growth. This role is responsible for building a long-term, scalable talent acquisition function that can support ~50% YoY headcount growth while continuing to raise the bar on talent quality, culture, and execution.
You will operate as the strategic owner of Talent Acquisition, partnering closely with executive leadership and business leaders, and working in close alignment with our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, who oversees day-to-day recruiting execution. This role requires someone who can think independently, anticipate what the business needs next, and bring clarity, rigor, and confidence to how we hire at scale.
