Who This Is For

This programme is only for people who are early in their career or early in their field, including:

• Students (undergraduate or postgraduate)

• Recent graduates

• Self-taught or bootcamp-trained individuals

• Career changers at an early pivot stage

• Veterans entering their first civilian role

• Anyone with less than 3 years of total professional experience

If you have 3+ years of professional experience and are returning after a break or switching industries, this is not the right track — please apply to our Career Returners & Career Changers pool instead.

Programme Focus

Early-career or early-in-field individuals eager to earn a permanent role through hands-on contribution.

What You’ll Do

Interns at Treefera work on real problems alongside experienced professionals. Depending on your background and interests, you may contribute to:

• Engineering & Platform: APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling

• AI & Data Science: Model development, geospatial analysis, data validation

• Science: Environmental models, forestry and land-use analytics, research pipelines

• Product & Design: Translating science into usable features, UX and product discovery

• Commercial & Operations: Go-to-market analysis, customer insights, internal operations

You will be trusted with responsibility, supported with mentorship, and expected to learn fast.
