The Trendyol Talent Program 2026 is designed for university students and new graduates who want to gain real work experience, learn by doing, and grow with mentors along the way. From day one, you’ll be part of real projects, work closely with teams, and build both your professional skills and business mindset—not just watch from the sidelines.

Teams You Can Apply For
We are looking for talent for the following teams.
Please review the teams carefully and choose the one that fits you best.
During the application process, you will be asked to select the team you’re applying for
Category Team plans and executes sales and campaignes strategies across marketplace and retail channels.
From preparation to on-time broadcasting, we coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, track market and competitor trends, manage category operations, strengthen brand and seller relationships, negotiate trade terms, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Operations Team uses technology, automation, and teamwork to optimize e-commerce operations and delivers efficient, seamless experiences at scale. The department relies on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven strategies to achieve large-scale goals with speed and efficiency. Furthermore, the team fosters a professional culture rooted in ownership and inclusivity, encouraging both personal and collective growth.
Trendyol Express (TEX) Team is our new generation, customer-oriented delivery platform. We use the latest technology and a sea of data with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure to provide a superior delivery experience to our customers both locally and internationally, as well as our sellers.
Marketplace (MP) Team leads seller recruitment, engagement, and the development of seller tools, enabling hundreds of thousands of sellers to reach millions of Trendyol customers while scaling their businesses.

President Office Team is one of the organization’s core strategic enablers, acting as the main link between the President and internal and external stakeholders. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the team helps shape executive priorities, drives strategic agendas and supports high-impact decision-making. By turning the company’s vision and long-term goals into aligned actions, the team contributes to clear execution and measurable business outcomes.
Finance Team sits at the heart of smart growth and sustainable decision-making.
Working closely with commercial and business teams, we transform data into meaningful insights that guide strategy, optimize performance, and support long-term value creation. From budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis and governance, we help turn numbers into clear actions—ensuring efficiency, transparency, and resilience in a fast-moving e-commerce ecosystem
Trendyol Private Label Team designs fashion-forward, high-quality collections that are accessible and relevant to diverse lifestyles.

CEO Office Team works at the heart of Trendyol’s strategic agenda, partnering closely with key stakeholders to shape the company’s long-term direction.
We analyze complex business challenges, support strategic decision-making, track key initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment across the organization. By combining data-driven insights with a holistic business perspective, we help turn strategy into impact.
How the Application Process Works ?
1. Online Application Process: Explore the teams, choose the team that excites you, and apply in just a few clicks.
2. Online Assessment Process: This step includes an online assessment test, a video interview, and an English speaking test.
3. Online Interviews: You’ll meet the team in Zoom interviews.
4. Offer Stage: You made it If it’s a match, we’ll send you an offer and kick off your Trendyol Talent journey!

Who Can Apply?
This program is a great fit if you:
• Can work at least 3 days a week between July 2026 – January 2027
• Are a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, a new grad or a master’s student
• Feel comfortable speaking in English
