We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Junior Hybrid Survey Technician to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience by splitting time between field operations and office-based data processing.
The ideal candidate is a proactive learner who enjoys working outdoors but also possesses the technical aptitude to translate field data into precise digital models. This position serves as a critical link in our project lifecycle, ensuring data integrity from the ground to the final deliverable.
The pay for this role will be $24/hr-$25/hr based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; coursework in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or Geography is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word). Familiarity with CAD software is highly preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Capability: Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain, carry up to 50 lbs of equipment, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

- Attention to Detail: Precision is the core of our business; you must be meticulous in recording measurements and notes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with field crews and office engineers.
