This role supports web and digital product experiences from early visual exploration through execution. The designer will translate strategy and UX concepts into strong visual systems, design scalable components, and ensure high-quality delivery through developer or Webflow handoff. This is a Part time role.
Lead visual design from concept through delivery with a strong product mindset
Create moodboards, look & feel explorations, and early visual directions
Translate UX flows and wireframes into polished visual systems
Design modular components and scalable design systems
Collaborate closely with strategy, UX, and development partners
Prepare clean, well-structured, developer-ready Figma files
Support Webflow builds or developer handoff workflows
Present design work internally and in client-facing settings
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Product-focused visual design experience (web and digital products)
Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Webflow experience or familiarity
Experience partnering closely with developers during build and QA
Client-facing presentation experience
