- Identify recurring issues and proactively translate learnings into automation or system improvements
Reliability, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor automation workflows, identity systems, and cloud access processes for reliability, performance, and security
- Maintain clear, globally accessible documentation for systems, workflows, and troubleshooting
- Continuously improve IT processes by testing assumptions, validating outcomes, and refining solutions over time
- Act as a technical advisor on identity, automation, cloud access, and modern IT practices
- Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen IT capability across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, IT Automation, Identity & Access Management, or Systems Engineering

- Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or similar)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Experience with Zero Trust or identity-first security architectures
- Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
