We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Expert who knows HubSpot end-to-end and can set up, manage, optimize, and automate our CRM and marketing/sales processes. The ideal candidate understands HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, reporting, integrations, and best practices and can improve our lead management and customer journey.

Set up and manage HubSpot CRM (contacts, companies, deals, pipelines)
Build and optimize HubSpot Workflows & Automation
Create and manage lead capture forms, landing pages, and email campaigns
Configure lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation
Build dashboards and custom reports
Implement and manage HubSpot Sales tools (tasks, sequences, templates)
Clean and organize CRM data (properties, lists, duplicates)
Integrate HubSpot with external tools (Zapier, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
Support the team with HubSpot training & documentation
Monitor performance and suggest improvements weekly
