About the job
We are looking for a Growth & User Acquisition Lead to own the entire marketing and growth journey of our product, from strategy and planning to execution, analysis, and continuous improvement.
This role goes beyond running campaigns. You will be responsible for how players discover the game, why they install, how they experience the store page, how they behave in-game, and how marketing decisions impact retention, engagement, and revenue.
You will act as the central owner connecting UA, marketing creatives, store optimization, in-game data, and organic growth initiatives into one cohesive strategy.
In this role, you will
- Growth Strategy & Planning (Full Funnel Ownership)
Own the end-to-end growth strategy: acquisition → store conversion → in-game behavior → retention → monetization
Build short-, mid-, and long-term growth plans based on product goals and data
Define success metrics and benchmarks for each step of the player journey
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and create actionable plans to improve them.
- Store Ownership & Optimization
Take ownership of App Store & Google Play presence (icons, screenshots, videos, descriptions)
Plan and execute A/B tests for store assets based on clear hypotheses
Analyze store performance (CR, drop-offs, audience segmentation) and iterate continuously
Align store messaging and visuals with target audience (especially female-focused strategy).
- Paid UA Strategy & Execution
Own UA strategy across all major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, etc.).
Plan testing and scaling frameworks, not just operate campaigns
Define budgets, experiment priorities, and scaling logic
Ensure UA efforts are aligned with product goals, not isolated ROAS optimization.
- In-Game Data & Performance Analysis
Analyze in-game data (retention, engagement, monetization, feature usage)
Connect campaign performance with in-game behavior to understand quality, not just volume
Identify how marketing creatives and messaging impact player actions inside the game
Use insights to influence both marketing and product decisions.
- Creative & Marketing Collaboration
Define clear creative needs and priorities for Marketing Creative and Art teams
Collaborate with Creative Strategists to shape concepts, hooks, and testing plans
Ensure creatives are designed for specific platforms, audiences, and funnel stages
Lead structured creative testing and iteration cycles.
- Organic & Free Marketing Initiatives
Identify and plan organic growth opportunities (social media, community, content, ASO)
Work with content and social teams to plan campaigns aligned with product updates and events
Track performance of organic initiatives and iterate based on results
Explore scalable low-cost growth opportunities beyond paid UA.
- Analysis, Reporting & Iteration
Build clear reporting frameworks combining UA, store, and in-game data
Turn data into insights, and insights into concrete action plans
Document learnings and ensure they are applied consistently across teams
Actively follow up on execution and raise red flags when results diverge from expectations.
It's all about you
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing for mobile apps or games
- Proven experience owning strategy, not just execution
- Strong understanding of full-funnel growth (UA, store conversion, retention, monetization)
- Comfortable working with both campaign data and in-game analytics
- Experience collaborating with creative, product, and analytics teams
- Able to define plans, execute them, analyze results, and iterate independently
- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.
Will be a plus
- Experience with visual novels, dating sims, or narrative-driven games
- Background in product analytics or monetization strategy
- Experience building organic or community-driven growth channels
- Knowledge of ASO tools and experimentation frameworks
- Experience leading or mentoring UA / marketing team members.
