They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for optimising digital marketing campaigns, including EDMs, social media, website updates, and creative content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimise EDM campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage and distribute internal marketing communications.
- Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and basic CMS management (WordPress or similar).
- Design marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, social posts, and digital ads.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to plan, execute, and refine marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite for graphic design.
- Experience with EDM platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management.
- Basic to intermediate web development/CMS experience (WordPress or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
- Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or the technology/IT sector is a plus.
