Your Role:
The Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the Assistant Controller and will play a central role in daily operations by supporting the AP function. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be expected to identify and drive operational improvements, support project work, and collaborate with different business partners.
What You'll Do:
- Support full accounts payable cycle including invoice and payment processing, GL coding, purchase order invoice matching, vendor maintenance, and general record keeping.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams by managing billing and payment issues with timely resolution.
- Assist as a backup to processing employee expense reports and corporate credit cards in accordance with internal policies and controls.
- Assist with period-end, quarter-end and annual close activities and prepare audit support as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of annual 1099s and other compliance filings.
- Create and maintain internal procedure documents.
- Support ad hoc projects and analysis, including system implementations and automation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years working in procure to pay process.
- Experience working with Microsoft D365, ExFlow and/or Concur a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail: Strive for “Zero Defect” work product.
- Curiosity: A drive to continuously learn and improve.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Travel up to 10–20% to company facilities, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional meetings.
