Vizzia·about 24 hours ago
Vizzia equips 200+ local authorities with video protection solutions for illegal dumping detection (Waste) and public safety (Safety). Following our Series A, we are accelerating our commercial growth across two distinct product lines, competing against well-established players.
Our Marketing & Expansion practice spans four pillars: Marketing, Public Affairs, New Markets (geographic expansion and new segments), and Revenue Management. This scope requires a dedicated coordination function. That’s this role.
You will be the PMO for the Marketing & Expansion practice. Your job is to ensure everyone is moving in the same direction, at the right pace, with no surprises.
PMO mastery. You structure, track, and follow up. You always know where critical projects stand, who is blocked, and what is at risk of slipping. You set up the tools and rituals that keep everything under control—without bureaucracy
Operational alignment. You ensure coordination across the different pillars and with Sales teams. You make sure handoffs are clear, dependencies are identified, and no one works in silos.
Friction anticipation. You see problems before they blow up. A project slowing down, tension between teams, a decision stuck in arbitration—you spot it early, escalate it, and propose solutions.
Consolidated dashboard tracking key objectives across the four pillars
Preparation of monthly business reviews (slides, data, talking points)
Meeting notes and decision tracking for steering committees
Operational coordination for the UK / Italy expansion project
Cross-team process documentation
Ad hoc analyses to support budget arbitration
Experience. You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting (strategy or operations) or in an ops/strategy role within a scale-up. You’ve learned how to structure complex problems and deliver fast and well.
Skills. Strong rigor and synthesis skills. You can produce clear, effective slides without spending three days on them. You’re comfortable with tools (Notion, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools). You write clearly and effectively.
Mindset. This is the key criterion. You know how to work with more senior stakeholders without being overrun—but without arrogance either. You are humble, curious, and reliable. You care more about progress than about being right.
Languages. Native French, professional English.
This is not a leadership role. You won’t manage a team or define strategy. It’s also not a purely execution role—initiative and critical thinking are expected. This is a right-hand role: demanding, highly formative, and offering strong exposure across a wide range of topics.
Direct exposure to the CMO and the Executive Committee of a hyper-growth scale-up. A cross-functional view of marketing, public affairs, revenue, and international expansion. A steep learning curve. And the satisfaction of contributing to a meaningful mission: making cities safer.
