Description of the Role:
As a Sr. Manager, Clinical Applications & Data Integration at Vytalize Health, you'll be a vital part of the Quality & Clinical App Enablement team, responsible for the operational execution of EHR integrations, clinical data feed management, and clinical data optimization across our ACO partner network. This role moves beyond reactive support by combining deep EHR expertise with integration operations leadership to proactively drive practice engagement, workflow optimization, documentation standardization, and clinical data enablement. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between partnering with engineering and product on clinical data pipeline build-outs and ensuring clinical data flowing from partner EHRs into Vytalize is complete, accurate, and ready for use cases requiring clinical data, and brings leadership skills to build and develop a high-performing clinical applications team.
What You Will Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Applications Specialists to deliver proactive practice engagement, workflow optimization, and clinical data enablement across the partner network
Serve as the subject matter expert for EHR systems and clinical applications, owning complex issue resolution end-to-end and establishing escalation and resolution standards for the team
Partner with Practice Transformation Managers, Operations, Performance, and internal technology teams to align EHR optimization efforts with value-based care program goals and quality reporting requirements
Develop and maintain standardized EHR workflow guidance, templates, and optimization playbooks - driving discrete data capture at the point of care and enhancing the quality and amount of the clinical data points
Manage clinical data integration activities including data feed operations, vendor coordination, and integration deployments - ensuring data flowing from partner EHRs into downstream infrastructure is complete and accurate
Identifying and remediate data gaps in collaboration with internal engineering team, EHR vendors, and partner practices
Own QRDA I file acquisition and submission operations, including extraction coordination, file validation, error identification, and follow-up with practices and vendors
Develop and maintain processes to ensure appropriate CEHRT identification and timely updates across the partner portfolio as required by CMS
Lead point-of-care workflow tool implementation and adoption across the partner network, coordinating practice readiness, configuration, and post-launch optimization
Serve as the operational voice for the product and quality enablement teams by translating field-level EHR and data feed findings into clear, actionable inputs that drive engineering remediation efforts
