The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is a critical hands-on role responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the core Salesforce platform and its associated business applications, including both Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Systems
Platform Configuration & Maintenance: Lead the daily administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform. This includes managing standard and custom objects, fields, flows, assignment rules, security settings (profiles, permission sets), and reports/dashboards.
User Support & Enablement: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, managing and resolving platform issues, and developing training materials and documentation to promote user adoption and efficiency.
Release Management: Manage the end-to-end sandbox strategy and deployments to ensure smooth and controlled releases of new features and updates.
Salesforce CPQ Management (Preferred): Configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce CPQ application, including product rules, pricing rules, guided selling, and quote templates to support an efficient quoting process.
Data Integrity & Governance: Oversee data quality and migration efforts, performing regular data audits, and implementing tools and processes to maintain a clean and reliable database.
Project Execution: Take full ownership of deliverables for small to medium-sized projects, executing work that aligns with departmental and organizational goals.
Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce Administration.
Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting large-scale enterprise environments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules). Strong proficiency in data management, security settings, and implementing governance standards.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a strong plus.
