We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative – Cold Calling Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for a high-energy professional who thrives on cold outreach and knows how to engage decision-makers through compelling conversations.
You will play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline by connecting with potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and positioning the value proposition effectively to secure high-quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Engage prospects with clear, value-driven conversations to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
- Research and identify potential customers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, pain points, and buying intent.
- Schedule and hand over well-qualified meetings to the sales team with complete context.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, lead, and follow-up records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Proven ability to secure meetings with senior decision-makers in SaaS or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong time management, organization, and follow-up discipline.
- Exposure to selling into US markets is a plus.
