We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who is passionate about people management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. The HR Executive will support end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on hiring, onboarding, and building a positive employee experience across the organization.
As an HR Executive, you will work closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure smooth HR processes, foster a collaborative work culture, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. This role provides excellent exposure to core HR functions and offers strong learning and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support campus hiring, referrals, and entry-level recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Employee Engagement
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well integrated into the organization.
- Help drive employee communication, feedback collection, and engagement surveys.
- Coordinate celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
HR Operations & Support
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and data accuracy.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support performance management, learning initiatives, and internal HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and basic labor guidelines.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field (or pursuing final year).
- 0–1 year of experience or strong internship exposure in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment tools, and MS Excel.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
