Job Description: Talent Acquisition Associate (Contractual)We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team in Pune. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys networking and is eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple sourcing channels.As a fresher or early-career professional, you will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline by engaging with candidates directly and ensuring they meet our quality benchmarks.Role OverviewLocation: Pune (In-office)Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year)Work Schedule: 5 Days a WeekExperience Level: Graduate Fresher or 0โ2 years of experienceKey Responsibilities1. Multi-Channel SourcingEmployee Referrals: Drive internal referral programs by engaging with current employees and managing the referral database.Campus Recruitment: Assist in organizing and executing campus hiring drives, maintaining relationships with placement cells, and coordinating with student applicants.Direct & Vendor Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and non-vendor channels to find active talent. Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure a steady flow of profiles.2. Candidate Assessment & Ground EngagementConnect with applicants 'on the ground'โconducting initial screenings, phone interviews, and face-to-face interactions.Evaluate candidates based on a minimum threshold defined for specific business processes.Manage the candidate experience from the first point of contact through to the final assessment.3.
