Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Presales• Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored technology solutions.• Technical Presentations: Conduct detailed technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.• Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive proposals, including solution architecture, technical specifications, estimations and implementation plans.• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, address technical queries, and provide expert advice. • RFP/RFI Response for Application Development and maintenance s: Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development, engineering, sales and project management, to ensure seamless solution delivery.• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide innovative solutions.• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, and client interactions.
Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or Finance or Business degree will be an advantage.• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a solution architect or similar role, with a focus on pre-sales activities.• Technical Skills: Understanding of technology, Proficiency in , software development, and related technologies.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, .• Experience:o 15+ years in presales or solution consulting with a strong focus on ADM.o Proven expertise in handling multi-million-dollar deals across geographies such as APAC, EMEA, and NA.o Experience in leading and managing teams within a presales or consulting environment.______________________________________Skills and Competencies:• Good client-facing communication and presentation skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.• Demonstrated ability to work on RFPs (including Pricing), create SOWs, and build ROI-based proposals.
