Marketing Specialist, Spanish and Portuguese markets

To continue our rapid growth in the Spanish and Portuguese markets for custom and serial on-demand manufacturing, we are looking for a driven and versatile (Regional) Marketing Specialist who will drive measurable growth in the Spanish and Portuguese region through paid acquisition, lead generation campaigns, brand awareness & demand-generation across digital channels — with a clear focus on ROIM, CPA, and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

You’ll own regional marketing initiatives for Spanish and Portuguese markets - building awareness, driving acquisition, and supporting revenue growth across key customer segments.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Build, launch, and optimize high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team
• Manage and report on regional marketing budgets and campaign performance
• Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Develop engaging marketing materials (ads, emails, landing pages, case studies)
• Collaborate closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and support account-based campaigns
• Organize and promote webinars and industry events (online/offline)
• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities with industry media and associations
• Own the regional performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and report on campaign efficiency

  You’ll work with a focused set of high-impact channels — designed to generate demand and qualified leads across the Spanish and Portuguese region:
• Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) – drive high-intent traffic and continuously improve ROI
• Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) – build awareness and capture leads among key decision-makers
• Landing Page & Conversion Optimization – test, measure, and scale what converts best
• Email & CRM Automation – working closely with our Lifecycle-Marketing-Team to nurture leads through smart segmentation and automated sequences
• Industry Partnerships & Events – leverage collaborations to boost credibility and inbound opportunities
• Retargeting & Funnel Campaigns – turn attention into action through data-driven remarketing

Ideal candidate

We’re looking for a growth-minded performance marketer who combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to see their campaigns directly translate into real business growth.

You’re not just running ads — you’re building scalable systems that turn marketing budgets into qualified pipeline.

You should have:

• Digital mindset and growth focus
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B or B2C performance marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
• Proven success in full-funnel campaigns with measurable ROI and lead quality improvements
• Deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics (tracking, attribution, audience segmentation)
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese as a plus
• Strong copywriting and localization skills — you know how to make technical messaging resonate
• Strong analytical skills
• A plus: curiosity or background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology
