Application Specialist – D365 Field Service & Power Platform
Position Overview
Apex is seeking a highly capable Application Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing operation of our Dynamics 365 Field Service (D365FS) and Power Platform solution. This role serves as the functional backbone of the platform post-build, bridging the gap between end users, helpdesk support, and engineering.
Role Summary
The Application Specialist translates business needs into configuration and front-end platform changes, supports implementation and post-go-live stabilization, acts as an escalation point for complex issues, partners with engineering to define low-code vs. pro-code boundaries, and drives training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
