We’re hiring a Graphic Designer (Digital & Motion Design–focused) based in Indonesia to work remotely with the BJAK team. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who understands digital-native design, is confident in motion graphics, and is curious about using AI tools to create high-impact creative work.
You’ll play a key role in brand storytelling — creating digital static visuals, motion assets, and short-form videos that drive performance and leave a lasting impression.
Design digital-first creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads (static and motion).
Create motion graphics and short-form animations/videos for digital and performance marketing use.
Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-focused digital visuals.
Use AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support visual ideation and production.
Collaborate remotely with content, video, product, and performance marketing teams.
Adapt and optimize visuals based on performance data and feedback.
Maintain strong visual consistency across all digital BJAK brand touchpoints.
Support product and growth initiatives with visuals that clearly communicate value in digital environments.
Care deeply about clean design, sharp typography, smooth motion, and digital usability.
Enjoy moving fast and solving creative challenges for digital audiences.
Like testing visual and motion ideas, learning what performs, and iterating quickly.
Take ownership of your work and push beyond “good enough.”
Stay updated on digital design trends, motion, and AI-powered creative tools.
Balance attention to detail with a strong sense of brand and business goals.
2–4 years of experience in digital graphic design and/or motion design roles
A strong portfolio showing digital-first static design and motion work (social, ads, web, video).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/video tools such as After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
Ability to independently design and animate digital marketing assets.
Interest or experience using AI tools for design concepting and production.
Solid understanding of digital layouts, aspect ratios, motion timing, and platform formats.
Ability to work remotely, move quickly, and deliver under tight timelines.
Experience creating short-form digital ads, reels, or performance creatives.
Exposure to startup, tech, or performance marketing environments.
Basic sound editing or simple VFX skills.
Familiarity with digital templates, motion systems, and brand libraries.
