Most roles at Convoso function as “hybrid” with some opportunities for travel to in-person business events and company meetings. The Job:
The Partner Manager is primarily responsible for managing and recruiting new channel partners to drive business growth. Your role is pivotal in not just maintaining existing partnerships, but also in shaping and scaling Convoso’s channel partner program to support long-term growth, and driving these relationships forward through strategic engagement and efficient management.
Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with various internal teams and external partners, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across all partnership initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who can define structure, processes, and priorities in a still-evolving channel program.
Your goal is to ensure that our partnerships operate seamlessly and contribute significantly to Convoso's success, backed by robust support and exceptional partner management.

The base salary range is: $100,000 - $110,000
The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
