Correlation One develops workforce skills for the AI economy
Enterprises and governments work with us to develop talent and close critical data, digital, and technology skills gaps. Our global programs, including training programs and data competitions, also empower underrepresented communities and accelerate careers.
Our mission is to create equal access to the data-driven jobs of the future. We partner with top employers and government organizations to make that a reality, including Amazon, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, the U.S. State Department, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
Our skills training programs are 100% free for learners and are delivered virtually by industry experts to minimize traditional barriers to career advancement. We take pride in fostering supportive, human-led, group learning environments that build technical proficiency and confidence in participants.

Your impact
Correlation One runs successful educational programs because of the incredible talent we hire through our “Expert Network”. Our Expert Network is made up of educators, career success professionals, and curriculum writers who facilitate our programs. This includes Teaching Assistants, Lead Instructors, Curriculum Designers and Career Success Coaches. These contractors are hired for our specialized programs and often, once they join us for a program, continue to return to work with us again. They join C1 in a temporary, contractor capacity, often while holding full time roles elsewhere.
As a (Contract) Senior Program Recruiter, you will support the project management and successful recruitment of our Expert Network. This role will include sourcing amazing talent, interviewing, interview and scheduling coordination, while providing white glove experience to all candidates and internally to our hiring teams.
This is a non-traditional, high volume recruitment role. The success of our programs means hiring on time, every time, and requires an extremely high attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while staying calm under deadline pressure. This role also requires extensive relationship management and stellar written and verbal communication. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships, offer recruitment solutions and move our talent forward quickly.
This role is a 6 month, 40 hour/week contract position, with the possibility of contract extension, based on need.
