NBCUniversal News Group is seeking a Senior Producer to lead, manage, and evolve a talent development program designed to support the growth, readiness, and excellence of our reporters, correspondents and anchors across all platforms. This includes skill advancement in writing, live reporting, breaking news, script tracking, studio presentation, and digital journalism.
The ideal candidate is someone who has produced first-rate journalism both in the field and in the studio, with a proven record of strong editorial judgment and production excellence.
This role will partner across NBCU News Group, including our Owned and Operated Stations; partner with NBCU Academy to design training modules that help grow and develop best in class on-air teams. This person would also partner closely with editorial and talent leadership to ensure our on-air teams continue get feedback, career pathing discussions and learning opportunities to deliver the highest standards of journalism.

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
